Booking is easy with Epic Bird Tours, Inc. You may download our simple booking form and submit it any way you choose. If you wish, you may have us send you a booking form by mail. We will issue a receipt of booking including date of receipt. As a conservation measure we do not issue paper receipts (i.e. with electronic transactions) whenever they can be avoided.
Along with booking we require 10% of the tour price per person as a deposit. This deposit must be paid with 7 business days of receipt of the booking form. Please refer to the payment/cancellation schedule for specific information about fees. We accept most forms of payment by mail or over the phone. We also accept credit card and Paypal payments online by way of our website. You do not need a PayPal account to make credit card payments online. We do not accept cash by mail. If you live near our office, please, feel free to make cash payment in person. In addition to the booking form the client must submit by mail a signed copy of the Epic Bird Tours, Inc. Liability Waiver. Again, the client may download this document, or have us send him or her one.
Please note: At the bottom of the booking form the future client will find a two spaces requiring the a signature affirming that the client (1) has read our Epic Bird Tours, Inc. Policy document and (2) agrees to all terms of our Liability Waiver.
You may download our Epic Bird Tours, Inc. Policy document including the mandatory Liability Waiver. The Epic Bird Tours, Inc.’ Policy document including the Liability Waiver is mailed with all booking forms.
In your booking form please make sure to mention any dietary restrictions and preferences. We are more than happy to provide vegetarian meals.
Unfortunately we cannot provide Kosher meals abroad or in most United States localities. Please, call or write to inquire about specific trips since Kosher food is available sometimes.
